Terms of service
The deal, in plain words, no traps hiding in paragraph nine. What I build and run for you, what I need from you, and how either of us can walk away. I’m not going to bury the exit in a clause nobody reads.

What This Service Is
Tanner Preserve is a done-for-you service that builds and runs your online presence. We build your website, set up and manage your Google Business Profile and Facebook Page, get your listings right, and keep content flowing so customers can find you and book you. These terms cover that work. By hiring us or using this site, you agree to them.
What You Agree To
You agree to give us the access and information we need to do the work, to own (or have the right to use) the business name, logo, photos, and text you hand us, and to keep your login and billing details current. You agree not to use anything we build to break the law or to impersonate someone else. You're responsible for what you tell us to publish on your behalf.
Access To Your Accounts
To run your presence we connect to accounts like your Google Business Profile and your Facebook Page. You give us that access through Google's and Meta's official permission screens, and you can pull it back anytime. Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what we touch, why, and how to revoke it. We only act inside the scope you've agreed to.
What We Owe You
We'll do the work we agreed to with care and keep you in the loop. We can't promise a specific number of leads, calls, or ranking spots, because Google, Meta, your market, and your own response time all affect results. What we promise is real work, done well, and straight answers about what's happening.
Payment
Prices, what's included, and the billing schedule are spelled out in the proposal or order you approve before we start. One-time builds are billed as agreed. Monthly plans bill each month until you cancel. If a payment fails, we'll reach out before pausing any work.
Who Owns What
Once you've paid for it, the website, copy, and assets we build for your business are yours to keep. We keep the rights to our own tools, templates, and the systems we use across clients. You keep everything you bring to the project (your name, logo, photos, and reviews). If we use a third-party tool or font, its own license still applies.
Ending The Agreement
You can cancel a monthly plan anytime, and it stops at the end of the billing period you've already paid for. We can end the agreement if you stop paying or use the service to do something illegal. When things wrap up, we'll hand over what you've paid for and disconnect from your accounts. One-time build fees already paid aren't refundable once the work is delivered.
The Legal Part
We provide the service as is and do our honest best, but we can't be liable for indirect or knock-on losses, and our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the last three months. Nothing here removes a right you have under the law. These terms are governed by Wisconsin law. We may update them, and if we do, we'll post the new version here with a fresh date.
