Delafield first.
Then Lake Country. Then Waukesha County.

I don’t specialize in an industry. I specialize in a map. If you’re HVAC, dental, a law office, or a restaurant on the lake, I don’t care, as long as you’re inside this circle and ready to stop losing customers to a website that’s embarrassing you. Most of my clients are within twenty minutes of my house, which is either convenient or slightly unsettling, your call.

01 · The Footprint

Drive times, measured from my driveway.

The circle is drawn around Delafield. Hartland, Oconomowoc, Pewaukee, Wales, and Genesee are all inside a 15-minute drive. Waukesha and Brookfield sit at the far edge, still close enough that I’ll meet you at your counter instead of making you stare at me on a video call. The times below are honest, not the fake “12 minutes” your GPS gives you right before a light on Highway 83 ruins your day.

  • DelafieldHome base
  • HartlandAbout 10 minutes
  • OconomowocAbout 12 minutes, and yes, I can spell it on the first try
  • PewaukeeAbout 12 minutes
  • Wales and GeneseeAbout 10 minutes
  • WaukeshaAbout 18 minutes
  • BrookfieldAbout 22 minutes, which around here counts as long distance

Don’t see your town? Nashotah, Chenequa, Summit, Dousman, and Okauchee are all inside the circle too. Yes, one of those is a real town named Summit, on a survey-themed website. I know. Farther out in Waukesha County, just ask. The answer is usually yes, and I’m not going to make you fill out a form to find that out.

02 · The Fit

The profile is a situation, not an industry.

HVAC, dental, retail, a law office, a restaurant on the lake. The industry changes. The problem never does: a website that just sits there, follow-up that only happens when somebody remembers, a phone ringing to voicemail while you’re elbow-deep in a job or a customer.

Nobody’s ever built you the systems that fix that. They sold you “marketing” instead, billed you monthly, and called it a strategy.

You already know you’re falling behind online. You’ve thought about fixing it, you just haven’t found anyone worth trusting with it. That’s the profile, and it has nothing to do with your industry. If that’s you, the audit will show you exactly where you stand, no charm offensive required. Run it on your own site.

03 · Honest Fit

Who it’s not for.

Narrowing the list is the point, not a sales tactic. If we’re not a fit, I’d rather tell you now than waste an hour of your day pretending otherwise. This isn’t the right fit if you’re:

  • a franchise with corporate marketing bolted shut, my hands are tied same as yours
  • already working with a real agency and actually happy, in which case good, stay
  • hoping somebody will just run some ads and call it a growth strategy

If any of those are true, I’ll say so on the first call, not after I’ve billed you for three months of “brand awareness.”

If you are a fit

Start with the audit. Takes about a minute, no email required, and you get a graded report on what a customer’s search actually sees, plus the real dollar cost of each gap. It’s yours whether we ever talk again or not, I’m not holding it hostage.

If you’re on the map,
I’m already close.

A real talk about your business, not a generic slide deck with a stock photo of a handshake. If this isn’t a fit, I’ll tell you straight, then point you somewhere better than where you are now.
