The Offer

Roofing company marketing with the prices printed on the page.

TLDR
  • One shop in Delafield builds and runs the customer-facing layer for roofing companies: the site, the Google profile, the phone, the estimate follow-up, and how AI tools describe you.
  • The pricing is published. Fixes start at $147 a month, Preserve Managed runs $2,500 implementation, then $499/mo. No discovery-call reveal.
  • You own everything. Domain, profile, phone number, code, data. In your accounts, in your name, by contract.
  • Your build goes live in 7 days or the implementation fee is free.
  • Start with the audit. It costs nothing, takes about a minute, and tells us both whether there's work worth paying for.

Marketing for roofers usually gets sold on a discovery call, where the price materializes after they’ve measured your desperation. Everything here is priced in the open, and the audit that says whether you need any of it runs without talking to anyone.

01 · The Season

Your leads don’t arrive evenly. They arrive all at once.

Most trades get a steady drip of demand. Roofing gets weather. NOAA logged 203 hail and thunderstorm-wind events in Waukesha County from 2015 through the latest available data, and the busy years keep getting busier: 2025 logged 37, 2024 logged 36, 2022 logged 30 events. Spring 2025 was the heaviest hail stretch in the local record, 25 one-inch-plus reports across just two days, April 18 and May 15.

Here’s what a day like that means commercially. Every roofer’s phone in the county rings in the same few days, and the callers have insurance money attached: about 1 in 36 insured US homes files a wind or hail claim each year, and the average claim paid ran about $14,747(2019-2023). The shop that wins that week isn’t the best roofer in the county. It’s the one whose calls got answered, whose estimates went out and got chased, and who shows up when a homeowner asks an AI who to call. Everyone else was on a roof.

The full storm record, year by year and town by town, is on the market page. Worth ten minutes: your marketing calendar is in there.

02 · The Map

Six pieces, each mapped to a moment you already recognize.

Buy one, buy the stack, or run the audit first and let the findings pick. The three fixes check out on the fixes page with no call. The plans start with a conversation because the scope depends on what the audit finds.

  • The Missed-Call Fix

    $147 per month, cancel whenever

Storm week, and you're on a roof

Hail lands Tuesday, the calls land Wednesday, and you're physically on a ridge with a nail gun. An AI assistant picks up when you can't, says up front that it's an AI, and takes the caller's name, number, and job details. You get it in writing right away. Live within 2 business days of checkout. One recovered job usually pays for a year of it. That's the whole pitch.

  • The Profile Tune-Up

    $297, one time

The local pack is where "roofers near me" gets decided

Three businesses under a map, picked from Google Business Profiles, reviews, and distance. If your categories are wrong and your last photo is from 2021, you're not one of the three. Categories, services, service area, hours, and description done right, photos organized, review link handed to you, top listings corrected to match. Delivered in 3 business days.

  • The AI Receptionist

$500 per month, no setup fee, cancel whenever

The desk that answers while your crews are on roofs

Answers every call, discloses that it's an AI, qualifies the job, and hands you what you need to confirm the slot. Built around your services, hours, and service area, then tested with you on the phone before it takes a real call. Covers up to 200 minutes of AI call time a month plus monitoring and tuning.

  • Preserve Managed

    $2,500 implementation, then $499/mo

    The whole visible-everywhere layer, managed

Your website managed, hosted, and monitored. Recurring audits that re-check your visibility and every lead path on a schedule. The profile kept current with your approval. Forms and tracked calls tested so a dead button never runs silent through a hail season. A new site build only if the audit says you need one, and a monthly proof-of-work report in plain numbers.

  • Preserve Growth

    $999 per month, $5,000-5,500 implementation

Roofers quote a lot. Follow-up is where jobs die

Every estimate you send is a homeowner comparing bids, and the quote that gets a follow-up call usually wins. Growth adds estimate and consultation follow-up that doesn't depend on your memory, missed-call text-back, review and referral workflows, competitor watch, and one meaningful improvement shipped each month.

  • Preserve Operations

    Custom: scoped implementation, from $2,000/mo

    Whatever the bottleneck actually is

Quoting portals, aerial-measurement workflow integrations, intake and scheduling systems built for how your shop runs, wired into the tools you already use. Sold against a measured problem (hours, response time, capacity) with a number we agree to track, so the build has to prove it paid for itself.

And if all you want is eyes on the numbers, Scout is $9 a month: competitor breakdown, local rank tracking, and how AI search describes your business. Cancel anytime.

03 · The Guarantee

If this goes sideways, that's on me, not you.

  • You own everything. Your domain, your listings, your ad accounts, and your content live in your accounts, in your name. Your code, your data, and your phone number are yours by contract and transfer on request, and the continuity kit you get at go-live shows your next developer exactly how. Walk away whenever you want and you keep all of it.
  • Your build goes live in 7 days, or the implementation fee is free. I don't need a quarter to build a website.
  • If something I built misses the scope we agreed to, I fix it at no extra charge, full stop. And every system gets its first 30 days of tuning included, measured against the goal we set together before I built it. You just answer your calls and send me your photos.
04 · The Terms

How working with me works.

  • Based in Delafield

Not an agency in Dallas with a 262 number. When hail hits Lake Country it hits my roof too, and I'll still be here the season after.

  • Pricing is published

Every number on this page is the live number, the same one on the main site. It doesn't change once you're on a call, and there's no 'book a demo for pricing' anywhere.

  • Month to month

No annual contract, no cancellation fee, no wind-down period where you keep paying for nothing.

  • No exclusivity games

I won't sell you a protected territory. Agencies that do tend to define the territory generously and sell the next town over to your competitor anyway.

  • Everything in your name

Domain, Google profile, phone number, code, and data live in accounts you own. The continuity kit at go-live shows your next developer exactly how it all works.

05 · The Questions

Asked before you had to ask.

Why not GoHighLevel or one of the storm-marketing agencies?

GoHighLevel is a toolbox, and a decent one, but you're still the one wiring automations at 9pm between estimates. The storm agencies work the other direction: they follow the hail map, sell the same 'exclusive territory' to more than one shop, and when the season ends they leave with the phone number and the lead list, because those were never in your name. Everything I build runs in your accounts, and I live in the service area year round.

What if I already have a website?

Then you probably keep it. The audit decides what the implementation covers. If the site works, I build on it. If it's costing you jobs, I'll show you exactly where and rebuild it on your domain as part of the implementation, not as a surprise upsell.

How fast does this go live?

The The Missed-Call Fix is live within 2 business days of checkout. The The Profile Tune-Up is delivered in 3. A Managed build goes live in 7 days or the implementation fee is free. The one clock I don't control is carrier registration for texting, so text legs come online when that clears. I'll tell you where it stands before you pay, not after.

What do I have to do myself?

Answer your phone when a qualified job comes through, send photos of finished roofs, approve changes before they go live, and send the review ask when I hand you the link. That's the list. If a marketing vendor gives you more homework than that, you're the one doing the marketing.

Do you guarantee leads or rankings?

No, and nobody honest does, because nobody controls Google or the weather. What's guaranteed is the work itself: shipped on schedule, scope misses fixed at no charge, and everything held in your name so you can leave anytime and lose nothing.

Is this only for roofers?

Tanner Preserve works with any Lake Country business whose customers search. This site exists because roofing demand has its own physics: it arrives with the weather, all at once, and the systems have to be built for that. The parent shop is at tannerpreserve.co.

Want to kick the tires without spending anything or talking to anyone? The roof cost estimator is the kind of thing I build for clients, and the AI curriculum teaches you to run most of this machine yourself.

See what a storm-week customer sees. Takes about a minute.

The audit grades your site, your Google profile, and your reviews, and prices every gap in dollars. No email, no call, no follow-up sequence. Or book 15 minutes and I’ll walk through it with you, live.

Built in Delafield. Priced in public. Yours to keep.
